- Delivery available Australia wide with Australia Post Parcel Post or Express Post Services.
Estimated Postage Costs for Sand:
- Once you have completed the shopping cart checkout process, an email with invoice (including postage) and payment instructions will be emailed to you within 24 hours. ** Please note that automated payment facilities are coming soon. **
- Payments can be accepted via Direct Deposit into our Bank Account (preferred), PayPal or cash on pick-up (only if picking your order up).
- Orders will be posted once payment has cleared.
- Please use your invoice number as your payment reference and forward copy receipt to info@candles.net.au .
- Express Post is faster but the package can be treated a little roughly. Please take note that we package very carefully but take no responsibility for breakages during postage. Please take note of this, especially when ordering vases and candles.
- We take no responsibility in delayed parcels by Australia Post. The above times are estimates only. Please notify us via email if your order is URGENT.
- If you wish to pick up, cash on pickup is also accepted.
Candles:
Deliver via Parcel Post Australia wide is $20.00 (up to 3kg). For Express Post and/or larger parcels, please ask for a quote.
- If candles require postage, an invoice, including shipping and payment information, will be emailed to you with the final proof.
